Götubitinn manages the complete food village — vendor selection, placement, permits and all coordination. Power, waste management and on-site infrastructure are covered through a shared operational cost paid by the vendors, keeping the model straightforward for Bergmál.

Multiple vendors on this lineup are past winners and finalists at the Icelandic Heat of the European Street Food Awards.
The final lineup is subject to vendor availability and confirmation. Reykjavik Street Food reserves the right to substitute vendors of equivalent quality and cuisine type. We ensure that vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are always represented across the lineup.

The model is simple and transparent. Götubitinn manages all operations. Bergmál receives a guaranteed revenue share from total food sales. Vendors collectively cover shared operational costs.
